1. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? 

A. Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

 If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at service@fbest.com.

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries)

 

2. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China.

So, please expect your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

 

3. How Do I track my order? 

A.  A tracking number will be provided to you in your Shipping Confirmation email. You may use the number and track your order on our website with 'TRACK MY ORDER' page or at www.17track.net.

4. Where is you company located?

A. We have an office based in NYC, USA; Supply warehouses in: USA; High-Quality vendor contacts in: China

 

5. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 

6. How can I pay?

A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and also Paypal

 

7. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 

 

8. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

 

9.What if my adress is wrong?

A. If your adresses is not available,we will sent you an email or call you.Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order.we will do everwthing we can to fulfill your order.

10.How do I cancel my order?

A. Only unshipped orders may be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either or by telephone.Redund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

11.My payment was declined,Why?

A. If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons:the cards has no funds available,you entered the wrong CSV security code,the card is expired,you enterd wrong billing information,the card does not allow internet purchases(card not present pruchases)etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
